The site was easy to get around overall. Some pages felt a bit crowded though, so I found myself clicking around more than I expected. I did eventually find what I needed, so it wasn’t a big deal, just one of those things where you start looking for one thing and then suddenly you’re wondering why there’s so much on the page...

It’s not a bad product overall, but based on the way it was described, I kind of assumed it would feel a bit more premium. It works fine, but for the price, I was expecting a little more. The value could definitely be better.

We visited recently and the place itself was fine, nothing really wrong with it, but the staff didn’t come across very welcoming. We asked a couple of simple questions and got short answers, which made the whole thing feel a bit awkward. What was more frustrating was that when we needed help, it felt like nobody really wanted to take ownership or point us in the right direction. It wasn’t a terrible experience, just not especially friendly or warm. For a family day out, I expected a bit more. I might go back at some point, but I’m definitely not in a hurry...

I used it online and it worked just fine, no real issues or anything... straightforward

We went expecting a fun family day, but the kids got bored quickly, which was great considering how much time we spent standing in queues. Nothing says quality family time like waiting around while everyone slowly loses patience. It might work better if you have very patient kids, but for us, it was a bit of a struggle.

I was pleasantly surprised by the food here. For a day out kind of place, I wasn’t expecting much, but the chips came out hot and the burger tasted fresh. The kids enjoyed their meals too, which is always a win. It did feel a bit pricey for what you get, but overall it was a decent experience

It turned out okay overall, but the communication wasn’t great. I sent an email with a couple of questions and it took a while to hear back, then when things changed, nobody really explained what was going on. I felt like I had to keep chasing just to get basic info. Not a terrible experience, but it definitely made everything more stressful than it needed to be. Anyway.

The queueing was awful. we ended up waiting around for ages and it just left us feeling really annoyed by the time we got through

I took my two kids here and they had an absolute blast. They loved the play areas, seeing the animals, and going on the mini rides. There was loads to keep them busy, and by the time we headed home they were completely worn out. i thought it was well worth it and we’ll definitely be going again

The whole experience was just me standing in one queue after another thinking, okay, surely this is the right place now... and then nope. Every time I asked someone for help, they either didn’t know or sent me somewhere else. I kept thinking, how does nobody seem to know what’s going on? It was frustrating and felt really disorganized.

I was really happy with how fair the ticket prices were. The whole process was easy from start to finish, and everything felt simple and straightforward.

We’ve been to Avon Valley for both the Halloween event and Christmas, i was really impressed both times. I’m quite fussy when it comes to days out with the kids, I like there to be enough to do without it feeling chaotic, and this hit that balance nicely. Everything felt well set up, the staff were friendly, and even when it was busy the queues moved well. The food was decent too, which is always a bonus. We’ll definitely be going back for the next seasonal event.

The place itself was clean, which was nice, but the toilets could’ve been checked way more often. It’s frustrating when everything else seems fine, but the restroom situation lets it down...

I really liked it here. The animals all looked like they had clean areas and more than enough space to move around, probably a lot more than I’ve seen at a few other places. The staff seemed calm and gentle with them too, not like they were rushing through things. After about 10 minutes of walking around, it was clear that the animals’ welfare is actually taken seriously

Went here with the kids the toilets were easy enough to find, which is always half the battle when someone suddenly announces they’re desperate. They were mostly clean too, which I appreciated, especially on a busy day. One cubicle had no loo roll, but I mentioned it to staff and they sorted it out quickly, so no big drama. Not absolutely perfect, but then again most places are a bit chaotic when they’re packed. We still had a good day, and the kids were more interested in snacks anyway

We had a really nice time at Avon Valley, and of course the kids decided they absolutely didn’t want to leave, because why would they make things easy? The staff were friendly, everything seemed well organised, and there was plenty to keep everyone busy. The food was decent too, which was a pleasant surprise for a family day out. We’d happily go back again.

I felt kind of trapped once I saw the prices and had already sat down. The food was okay, but definitely not worth what they were charging. I left feeling annoyed, like I’d spent way too much for what I got. I don’t see myself going back.

The animal encounters were okay overall. I liked getting to see the animals up close, but the staff did seem busy, so it didn’t feel super personal or anything.

The paths were actually clear and I didn’t have any trouble getting around. i’m kind of annoyed because I was expecting a mess based on what people had been saying, and whoever made it sound worse than it was really had me stressing for nothing
